Co-owner Dennis Solari said he and Nel Solari opened a new Crust pizza location in the Katy area in June.
The details
According to the website, Crust is a franchise with 40 locations with several coming soon and 33 locations currently open. The eatery serves specialty pizzas, pasta and hot subs.
“Quality is very important at Crust, so there are some things we do differently that set us apart,” Dennis Solari said. “All of our cheeses are shredded from block form in each location daily; our cheese never comes pre-shredded in a bag. Our dough is made fresh in house at each location multiple times throughout the day.”
